Edwin was great assistance. My family vehicle had both front tires flat. He came earlier than the expected arrival time and safely towed my vehicle to my location of choice. Definitely recommend him for any roadside services.

Allstar Autoworks Towing Service – Trevor is an Excellent Professional On the morning of June 17, I discovered that my car key would not go into the ignition at all. Just a few days earlier, my vehicle had undergone an anti-theft protection recall service at the dealership, so I needed to have it towed back for inspection. After calling AAA, I was referred to Allstar Autoworks, and I am extremely grateful for their assistance. The experience began with a representative from Allstar Autoworks who called me promptly. She was courteous and very patient. She carefully explained several troubleshooting steps, including how to gently move the steering wheel and how to take photos of the vehicle inside my garage to help assess the situation. The tow truck driver, Trevor, was professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Before towing the vehicle, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem and patiently tried to resolve the issue with the blocked ignition. He also checked the car battery and key fob. His dedication and patience were truly impressive. In the end, Trevor safely and efficiently towed my vehicle from my garage to the dealership. The entire experience was smooth an

Amazing service. Denise at the front was very understanding, straight up and honest. Corey, the owner, is an excellent person. All staff very respectful, professional and quick to get work done. Be sure to stop by if you ever need anything. I have looked for someone to work on my car for about 3 months. I found them unexpectedly, and they are AMAZING. Make sure to come if you want your car fixed up. -Professional -Understanding -Experienced

Best tow experience I’ve ever had! My service guy was Trevor, and he was beyond knowledgeable about vehicles. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that was helpful and respectful, which I truly appreciated as a woman who doesn’t always know the ins and outs of car issues. From start to finish, his professionalism stood out. When we got to Infiniti, Trevor even spoke directly with my service advisor and made sure they understood everything that needed attention with my vehicle. That level of care and communication meant a lot to me. Great customer service, great attitude, and overall just an excellent experience during a stressful situation. I highly recommend Allstar Towing and if you get Trevor, you’re in great hands.

I can’t recommend Allstar Autoworks enough after the incredible service they provided for my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. I brought it in for some extensive work—including a clutch replacement, engine gaskets, a timing belt, and an electrical A/C issue—and the entire experience was top-tier from start to finish. Scheduling was remarkably easy, and I was immediately impressed by Dennise phenomenal communication. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew exactly what was happening with my truck. Their attention to detail and thoroughness really shine through in the quality of the work; the engine is running perfectly and the A/C is finally sorted. It is rare to find a shop that combines this level of technical expertise with such professional customer service, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs.
